4. Work Permits, Visas and Residence Permits
HT Work Group may provide or coordinate employment documentation and administrative support within the scope permitted by applicable law.
All decisions concerning work permits, visas, temporary residence permits, border admission and other governmental authorizations are made exclusively by the competent authorities.
HT Work Group does not control government decisions and therefore does not guarantee the approval of any work permit, visa or residence permit.
Processing periods published or communicated by HT Work Group are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Government processing times may change and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Employment Conditions
Salary, working hours, overtime, accommodation, transportation, workplace, job responsibilities and other employment conditions may vary depending on the employer, project, location, candidate qualifications and applicable employment agreement.
Candidates must carefully review their employment contract or other applicable written documentation before accepting employment.
Where estimated net earnings are mentioned, the actual amount received may differ depending on taxes, social-security contributions, individual circumstances, working hours and other legally applicable deductions.
6. Fees and Payments
Some services may be free of charge, while other services may involve service fees or third-party costs.
Where fees apply, candidates or clients will be informed about the applicable payment conditions through the relevant offer, agreement, invoice or other written communication.
Government fees, visa fees, insurance, translations, legalization, travel, accommodation or other third-party expenses may be payable separately unless expressly included in the applicable agreement.
Users should make payments only through payment methods officially communicated or authorized by HT Work Group.
Where a separate service agreement or refund policy applies, its specific payment and refund provisions take precedence over general information published on this website.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
HT Work Group does not guarantee employment, visa approval, work-permit approval, residence-permit approval, immigration decisions or any other outcome controlled by an employer, government authority or third party.
We undertake to provide services agreed with a candidate or client with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the applicable contractual terms.
8. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for providing complete, accurate, genuine and up-to-date information and documentation.
Candidates must not submit forged, altered, fraudulent or misleading documents.
Candidates are responsible for checking information contained in documents provided to them and promptly reporting any suspected error.
Candidates must also comply with applicable immigration, employment, tax and residence requirements and cooperate with lawful requests from employers and competent authorities.
9. Third-Party Employers and Service Providers
HT Work Group may cooperate with employers, business partners, accommodation providers, transportation providers, translators, lawyers, consultants and other third-party service providers where appropriate.
Where a third party provides a separate service directly to the user, that service may be governed by the third party's own contractual terms.
HT Work Group is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
